Frank A. Adams, Managing General Partner, Grotech Capital Group
Frank A. Adams co-founded Grotech Capital Group in 1984. His prior experience includes hands-on operating experience as a senior executive of high-growth firms ranging in size from start-ups to New York Stock Exchange companies. Adams is a director of several public and private companies in the Grotech portfolio focusing on technology, service, consumer, and basic industries. He is co-founder and Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association, and was the recipient of the 1991 Entrepreneur of the Year Award, sponsored by Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch, and Inc. Frank Adams holds a BS and a JD from the University of Baltimore.
Walter Z. Berger, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, CBS Radio
Mr. Walter Z. Berger has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CBS RADIO, one of the largest major-market radio operators in the
CBS RADIO owns and operates 179 radio stations, the majority of which are in the nation's top 50 markets, covering news, alternative rock, country, FM talk, classic rock, oldies, JACK and urban formats, among others. Additionally, CBS RADIO is home to 29 of the country's leading sports franchises amongst MLB, the NFL, the NBA, the NHL and the WNBA.
Mr. Berger plays a significant role in CBS RADIO’s aggressive moves to converge new and traditional media through creative programming and advanced delivery methods. Audio streams of more than 70 CBS RADIO stations are currently available online, and more than a third of the Company's stations are broadcasting in HD digital radio. CBS RADIO also launched the world's first podcast programmed radio station, KYOURADIO, and offers more than 100 regularly scheduled podcasts through its news and talk stations.
Previously, Mr. Berger was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and member of the Board of Directors of Indianapolis-based Emmis Communications Corporation (1999-2005), recently named one of FORTUNE Magazine’s 100 Best Places to Work. Emmis engages in radio and television broadcasting and magazine publishing primarily in the
Prior to Emmis, Mr. Berger served as Group President of the $3.3 billion Energy Marketing Division for LG&E Energy Corporation, where he had previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 1992 to 1996, he held a number of senior financial and operating management positions in the manufacturing, service and energy fields. He also spent seven years in financial management roles at Baker Hughes, Inc.

Steve Fisher, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Entercom Communications
Steve Fisher has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Entercom Communications since November 1998. Entercom is the nation's fourth largest radio group operator and has completed over $2.4 billion in transactions in the past six years. From 1994 to 1998, he was a Managing Director with a private equity firm located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Previously, Mr. Fisher held numerous operational and financial management positions over a period of 15 years with Westinghouse Broadcasting (now CBS) including management positions in Cable, Radio Stations and Executive Vice President for the Bradcast & Media group.
Steve Fisher also serves on the Board of Directors of Knoll, Inc. (NYSE: KNL).
Alfred C. Liggins, III, President, CEO, Radio One, Inc.
Alfred C. Liggins, III, president and chief executive officer, Radio One, Inc., owns or operates 63 radio stations located in major markets across the U.S. In this role, he is responsible for the overall management and operation of all Radio One facilities, including spearheading new business ventures, identifying station acquisitions, developing business plans for acquisitions, engineering transitions from previous owners to Radio One, Inc. and arranging financing for new acquisitions. In 1995, Alfred Liggins earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Jeffrey L. Littlejohn, Executive Vice President, Distribution Development, Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc.
Jeff Littlejohn is the Executive Vice President, of Distribution Development for Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc, which owns or operates over 1200 radio stations in the US . In his role with Clear Channel, Littlejohn is responsible for the oversight of all technical aspects for the radio division. He is a member of several industry committees including the National Radio Systems Committee and various groups within the National Association of Broadcasters. Prior to joining Clear Channel, Littlejohn was the Director of Engineering for AMFM, Inc. and Chancellor Broadcasting.
Jerry A. Poch, Managing General Partner, Pequot Capital Management, Inc.
Gerald A. Poch, the Non-Executive Chairman of iBiquity's Board, is a Managing General Partner and co-head of the Pequot Capital Management, Inc. venture and private equity funds. From 1996 to 1998 he was the chairman, president and CEO of General Electric Co. (GE) Capital Information Technology Solutions (ITS), and before ITS, from 1983 - 1996, founder, co-chairman and co-president of AmeriData Technologies, Inc. and its predecessor companies until its acquisition by GE Capital in 1996. From 1979 until 1983 he was senior vice president of TIE/communications, Inc. and president of Technicom, Inc. Mr. Poch graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law where he was managing editor of the Law Review. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Poch currently sits on the Board of Directors of the following public companies: BriteSmile, Inc., (NASDAQ: BSML) and Andrew Corporation, (NASDAQ: ANDW) as well as a number of private companies.
Robert J. Struble, President & CEO, iBiquity Digital Corporation
Bob founded iBiquity (then known as USA Digital Radio) in 1998, spinning the company out from parent CBS. In doing so, he secured financial backing from the nation's largest radio broadcasters. During his tenure, he has built iBiquity's assets and industry supplier position through mergers and acquisitions, assembled iBiquity's world-class technical and management teams, supervised the successful development and launch of HD Radio products, secured approval for the technology from the Federal Communications Commission and secured the investment community's support for iBiquity, raising over $100 million to date. Among his other accolades, Bob was named 2005 Maryland Entrepreneur Of The Year Award by Ernst & Young.
Prior to heading up iBiquity, Bob held leadership roles as President of Westinghouse Communications and Westinghouse Wireless Solutions Company, two business units of CBS focused on digital product technology development and commercialization. Previously, Bob gained experience in strategy development, mergers and acquisition, design engineering, marketing, and new business development at McKinsey & Company, M.A. Hanna and Solvay. While at McKinsey, he consulted to Fortune 100 companies on setting up and spinning out entrepreneurial ventures.
Bob is quoted frequently on radio's digital transition, and his views have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business Week, Time and major industry publications. He has appeared on CNN, Fox News, CNBC, Nightly Business Report and numerous local radio and TV broadcasts.
Bob earned his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT where he was elected into the Tau Beta Pi and Sigma Xi engineering honor societies, and an MBA from Harvard, where he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar.
Thomas M. Uhlman, Managing Partner, New Ventures Partners
Thomas Uhlman is president of the New Ventures Partners. Prior to his current position, Uhlman was Lucent's senior vice president, corporate strategy, business development and public affairs. There he was responsible for strategy, acquisition, new business creation, planning and government affairs activities at Lucent. In 1995, Uhlman joined AT&T as vice president of corporate development after 12 years with Hewlett-Packard Company. Thomas Uhlman holds a bachelor's degree in political science and psychology from the University of Rochester (1968) and a doctorate in political science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (1975) as well as a master's degree in management from Stanford University's Sloan Program.
Fred Wilson, Managing Partner, Union Square Ventures
Fred Wilson formed Union Square Ventures along with Jerry Colonna in the summer of 1996. Prior to forming Union Square Ventures, Fred was a General Partner with Euclid Partners, a New York-based early stage venture capital firm for 10 years.
Fred has been a venture capitalist since 1986. In those 17 years, he has been involved in the financing and development of over fifty early stage high technology companies. He currently serves on the board of ITXC and a number of privately held companies including Alacra, Bigfoot Interactive, Comscore, iBiquity Digital and Return Path.
Fred has an SB from MIT and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Manhattan with his wife and their three children.
