Manager, Royalty Programs: Responsible for all accounting and recordkeeping activities associated with the Company’s technology licensing activities including the recognition of royalty revenues, collection of royalty reports, administration of contracts and administration of subsidy and incentive programs. Position will report to VP, Accounting.

The main duties & responsibilities are: Documentation of revenue recognition for each royalty contract; Maintenance of royalty contract database; Monitoring compliance with reporting requirements under contracts; Accounting for revenues, including billing, under each contract; Accounting for related subsidies and incentives under royalty contracts; Development of system for the application of EITF 01-9; Development of efficient system for the estimation and accrual of subsidy liabilities; Development of management and financial reporting related to area of responsibility; Management of AR Administrator’s activities with respect to collections and cash posting.

The candidate requirements are: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience in a contract administration capacity; Four years of professional experience, preferably in contract or lease administration or software license administration; Process design experience a plus; Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, including executive; Excellent organizational skills; Experience with Great Plains financial software a plus.

DSP Engineer: 5+ years of experience in C and Assembly coding for modern DSPs preferably TI C64x. Should be able to write a highly optimized code making use of the parallel instructions. Understanding of digital signal processing algorithms, such as FFT, FIR, IIR etc, is a must. Should demonstrate knowledge of fixed point formats and constraints. Experience with RISC processors is a plus.
